At Colombian Emerald, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry and accessories in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original Colombian Emerald presentation box and secure them in a shipping container with the original invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
